Securely pack your Power Plate unit in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and power cables to ensure a safe transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the item back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
